There's a method to our madness. Actually, a scientific method called adherence. In general, most recreational exercisers quit within 6 to 8 weeks of starting. It's been measured in scientific trials, that if you can continue that exercise for about six months, there's a much greater chance that you'll naturally adhere to the program. People with strong exercise adherence naturally continue physical activity despite opportunities and pressures to withdraw.
